Hi Dave , as you know I’ve struggled with the fact that
You need to include fats in your diet to help
you not only keep heathy but lose the weight..
maybe a bit if an explanation about that might help people, as I know lots of my friends struggle with that,
eating the low fat foods that are full of sugars!!

Hi Lesley thank you for your great question.
Yes you need to include healthy fats in your diet as these provide you with essential vitamins and minerals; it is also used as an energy source as well.
