A quick video review about this weeks results.
So I have hit a plateau again. I can do one of two things:-
1. Change my exercise program to give me a new training stimulus and to shock the body.
2. Cut my calories by another 250 calories.

Here are my results for the last week:
Body weight – 151.5lbs (same)
% Body Fat – 12.1% (gained 0.1%)
Fat Mass – 18.4lbs (gained 0.2lbs)
Muscle Mass – 0.2% (lost 0.2lbs)
