Ok so here are my results after just the first week:-
Body weight – 157lbs (lost 4lbs)
% Body Fat – 16.3% (lost 0.9%)
Fat Mass – 25.6lbs (lost 2lbs)
Muscle Mass – 131.4 (lost 2lbs)
So not a bad first week.
