Here are my results for the last week:

Body weight – 148lbs (lost 2.5lbs)
% Body Fat – 10.5% (lost 0.5%)
Fat Mass – 15.5lbs (lost 1.1lbs)
Muscle Mass – 132.5 (lost 1.4lbs)
