***WEEK 1 – Check-In***

Ok guys

Thanks for the great support over the last few days.

Usually with clients I do measurements fortnightly and photo’s monthly as it takes time to notice change.

However with myself and for this purpose I will be checking in every Monday with both my results and photo’s.

Body weight – 161lbs
% Body Fat – 17.2%
Fat Mass – 27.6lbs
Lean Mass – 133.4lbs

Ideally I would like to:

Limit my body weight loss
Decrease my % body fat
Decrease my fat mass
Increase or maintain my lean mass
