So my very own ’12 Week Transformation,’ has now come to an end.
Here are my results from the past week:
Bodyweight – 144.5lbs (lost 0.5lbs)
% Body Fat – 8.6% (lost 0.9%)
Fat Mass – 12.5lbs (lost 1.3lbs)
Muscle Mass – 132lbs (gained 0.8lbs)
Here are my results from the start and finish:-

Bodyweight – 159lbs / 144.5lbs / LOST 14.5lbs
% Body Fat – 17.7% / 8.6% / LOST 9.1%
Fat Mass – 28.1lbs / 12.5lbs / LOST 15.6lbs
Muscle Mass – 130.9lbs / 132lbs / GAINED 1.1lbs
